After more than a year in business and four properties acquired, renovated and operated in Provence, Hossegor and Courchevel, Thibaud Elzière and Robin Michel announce the opening next summer of a new property, located on the tip of Cap Ferret, in one of the region's most sought-after areas, close to the finest beaches and restaurants.

A LUXURY CABIN NESTLED IN NATURE.

And that's two! Thibaud and Robin set course for the Atlantic again. After Hossegor and the sublime Bords du Lac villa, it's this time on the tip of Cap-Ferret, where Thibaud has spent part of his family vacations every summer for many years, that the two brothers have decided to plan their next opening.

The project will unveil a property designed in the spirit of a Ferretcapian hut, built to the highest standards by local architect Frédéric Thet. Like a secret luxury retreat, immersed in a unique and luxuriant natural setting, the Maison will be able to accommodate 17 guests. It will house seven bedrooms, including a family suite with a dormitory for children, an outdoor swimming pool, a wellness area and many other surprises.

‍A UNIQUE AND BOLD DÉCOR. 

The décor, designed by the Jaune architectural studio, promises to go against the grain of the clean, traditional spirit of the region's typical cabins. A certain revolution, tinged with audacity, which will be embodied in the choice of colors and materials.

For the interior architecture, the brothers who co-founded Iconic House called on the Jaune tandem, associated with Joséphine Fossey Office for artistic curation. Marine Delaloy and Paula Alvarez de Toledo forged their experience, one at Studio KO and the other at Joseph Dirand. Selected as one of the top 100 designers of 2023 by the renowned AD magazine (AD 100), the duo have already proved their worth across the Atlantic with a superb project in La Paz, Mexico, for the Baja Club hotel - forging strong links with the country.
